Rental Care Instructions
To ensure our rental items stay in top condition for future events, please follow these simple guidelines.
Tables
- Cleaning: Wipe tables with a clean, damp cloth after use. Use a non-abrasive cleaner for tough spots, and ensure they are completely dry.
- Handling: Always lift tables—never drag them. Use two people for heavier items.
- Storage: Keep tables in a dry, covered area.
Folding Wood Chairs
- Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth to remove dirt or spills. Dry thoroughly to protect the wood finish.
- Handling: Lift chairs instead of dragging.
- Storage: Slide chairs into provided bags. Stack on top of each other, using dolly, facing the same way both vertically and horizontally. Strap down with tie-down strap. Maximum of 20 chairs per dolly.

Rental Period
Days of rental are agreed upon by both customer and Posie Events. Late returns are subject to a late fees (see Below)
Care and Maintenance
The Customer agrees to: Use the equipment with care.
Return all rented items in good, clean condition.
Notify Posie Events LLC immediately if any items are damaged or lost during the rental period.
Return Condition
All items must be returned clean, well-maintained, and free of damages. If any equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned, the Customer agrees to pay the full replacement or repair costs as assessed by Posie Events LLC.
Late Fees
The Customer agrees to return the equipment by the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns will result in an additional fee of $50 per day/hour until the equipment is returned.
Payment
A 20% deposit is due to reserve the day and items. The remainder of the payment can be paid whenever is convenient to the Customer, but must be paid in full at delivery. Any additional fees, including late fees or damage/replacement fees, will be charged to the Customer upon return or assessed after inspection.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel their reservation up to one week prior to the event. Please note that the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Photography
Posie Events LLC reserves the right to take photographs of its products at the Customer’s event for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes. Posie Events LLC agrees not to post any photographs until at least 3 days after the event. If the Customer requires a longer waiting period before photos are posted, Customer must notify Posie Events LLC at least one week prior to the event.
Liability
The Customer assumes all responsibility for the care and safe handling of the equipment during the rental period. Posie Events LLC is not liable for any injuries or damages caused by the use or misuse of the rented equipment.
Weather
In the case of bad weather or other unforeseeable circumstances, Posie Events LLC is not liable to refund paid money.
