How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed through our website (PosieEventRental.com) or by texting us at 435-262-1746.
A 20% deposit is required to reserve your items and event date. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as Venmo. The remaining balance can be paid at your convenience but must be paid in full by the time of pickup or delivery.
Do you have a minimum order?
No—there is no minimum order. You’re welcome to rent as little or as much as you need.
Do I need an appointment or consultation?
Not typically. Our inventory and pricing are available online for easy browsing. If you have questions, we’re always happy to help.
Where are you located for pickup and returns?
All pickups and returns take place in Spring City. Full details will be provided before your scheduled time.
Do you offer customer pickups?
Yes! Many customers choose pickup to save on delivery costs. Please come prepared with:
- A vehicle or trailer large enough for your items
- Tie-downs to secure your load
- Enough help to load your items
Our team will guide you through the process, but customers are responsible for loading.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. Delivery fees are based on location and outlined in our pricing. Locations outside Sanpete County include an additional per-mile fee. All deliveries are curbside (to the nearest accessible location).
Setup and breakdown services are also available for an additional fee—just let us know when placing your order.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
Yes, a signature is required. You may designate someone else to sign on your behalf when placing your order.
What is your rental period?
Our standard rental period is one day. When scheduling allows, items may be available the day before your event for added convenience.
During peak seasons, items may need to be picked up promptly after your event. Saturday rentals are typically picked up on Monday. After-hours delivery and pickup are available for an additional fee.
What condition should items be returned in?
All items should be returned clean, dry, and in the same condition they were received.
How should I clean rental items?
Most items can be wiped down with a damp cloth. Tables may require a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Please ensure everything is dry before returning.
Do I need to wash tablecloths?
No. Simply place used linens in the provided laundry bag—we’ll take care of the cleaning.
How should I handle rental items?
Please lift items rather than dragging them to avoid damage. We recommend having enough help for loading and unloading heavier items. Wood tables need to be lifted from base of tabletop and have at least 2 people carrying them.
How should chairs be returned?
Chairs should be placed in the provided bags, stacked neatly on the dolly facing the same direction, and secured with straps. Please do not exceed 20 chairs per dolly.
Are there restrictions on tablecloth use?
Yes—please avoid permanent markers, wax, or anything that may cause permanent stains. Shake off debris after use.
How do I care for centerpieces?
Handle all centerpieces with care and return them in their original packaging or properly secured for transport.
Where should I store items during my rental period?
Keep all items in a dry, covered area to protect them from weather or damage.
What happens if items are damaged or lost?
Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items and will be charged for repair or replacement as needed.
Do you charge late fees?
Yes. Late returns are subject to a $50 fee per day until all items are returned.
How does payment work?

What is your cancellation policy?

Will you take photos at my event?
We may photograph our rental items at your event for marketing purposes. Photos will not be shared until at least three days after your event. If you’d like a longer delay, please let us know in advance.
Are you liable for injuries or accidents?
Customers are responsible for the safe use of all rental items. Posie Events LLC is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from use.
What if there is bad weather?
We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
